Ski Endo 2021 – an endo education program in Verbier, Switzerland (24th, 25th, 26th, 27th February 2021).
To introduce concepts of restoratively driven endodontics and mechanised endodontics, using materials and equipment that simplify treatment and increase efficiency.
Course goals
- Understand the diagnosis and assessment required for endodontic and subsequent restorative treatment
- Gain proficiency in rubber dam placement including choosing the right clamps
- Practice accessing a molar 3D printed tooth (UFO)
- Apply efficienty WaveOne Gold system and NiTi glide path file
- WaveOne Glider, in preparing a 3D printed tooth
- Understand the importance of safe and effective irrigation and obturation in improved endodontic outcome
- Carry out hands-on obturation in simulated canals
- Understand the importance of coronal seal and apply a simplified bonding procedures and bulk fill composites for a fast, efficient and predictable core build up
- Gain an understanding of modern endodontic treatment workflow to deliver efficient, safe and reproducible endodontic results
- Understanding of modern endodontic repairing material application (MTA and Bioceramic) in repairing 3D printed teeth (MITICA)
The program will include a visit of Produits Dentaires SA manufacturing plant in Vevey and participants will be trained with IrriFlex®, MAP System, PD™ MTA White, EssenSeal®, OPACAL®
